Trail Description Adjacent to Sam Houston national forest and 100 miles of great riding - there is no trail map but a gps works great. No shoes required - most trails are sandy.
Best Time to Visit October thru May
Times to Avoid June thru September is hot - early morning rides are great
Campground 8 rv hook ups, 3 bedroom/2 bath guest house, and horse stalls.

Directions From highway 59/I69, take the coldspring/2025 exit and go 8 miles. The campsite will be on your right and easy access for large rigs.

 Easy
(Gently sloping or level terrain; trails are groomed or wide open; shallow or no creek crossings. ) 
 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
