Trail Description 3303 acres. This recreation area has three lakes as well as the Kalamazoo River, high rolling meadows, soggy wetland, and abundant woods. There are 22 miles of hiking, biking, and horse trails. 219 modern campsites, 2 cabins, and 3 rustic cabins, Activities include Eagle Lake beach, picnic shelters, hunting, fishing, mountain biking and cross country skiing areas. Park hours Monday-Sunday 8am-10pm. Day use admission charge. Bridle Trails - Trails may have other designated uses, meaning, trails are shared with hikers and mountain bikers.

Campground This is a park and ride park only. We never found the campsites on the equestrian map, nor at the park. Water and toliets are available.

 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
