Trail Description Nicely groomed trails, well marked. A Beautiful lunch spot midway with tie rails and excellent view to enjoy while eating.

Campground Large parking areea. There is lots of room for large self contained trailer/campers. Stock tank with water on site, toilets, tie rails. There are no designated camping spots but wide open parking

Directions From Plummer, Id take Hwy 5 about 10 miles you will begin the down hill grade and see the Heyburn State Park trail sign on the left. It is a narrow dirt road less then 1/4 of a mile to camp site. From St. Maries Take Hwy 5 about 11 miles you will begin the up hill grade, about 1 mile you will see the Heyburn State Park sign on the right. It is a narrow dirt road less then 1/4 mile to camp site.
