Trail Description A ten mile rail - trail for horses, buggies and other forms of non-motorized travel. Horses must use the 8ft wide chip and seal trail while bikers travel the adjoining 8ft asphalt trail. Staging areas are: Millersburg Depot at Hipp Station (downtown Millersburg at Clinton and Grant Street) or Skips Trail Depot (5 miles north of Millersburg on SR 83). Millersburg Walmart (SR 83) has a 16 stall hitching facility for those who wish to make a stop for shopping) Bed and Breakfast: Garden Gate Get-A-Way will stable your horse at a neighboring Amish Farm if you want to stay for more than one day. Contact number is : (330) 674-7608 Horse Watering Area: There is only one place on the trail for watering horses located at the Hipp Station Picnic Pavilion located approximately 300 ft from mile marker 8. The trail passes through pristine wetlands, open farmland and wooded areas. Stop along the trail for lunch or dinner and great ice-cream at Skips Trail Depot for trail side dining. HORSES WELCOME!
