Trail Description Over 30 miles of lovely shaded trails. Deep forest with old growth trees and open glens following tree lines. Hugo Lake trail side views and well marked.
Best Time to Visit March thru October
Times to Avoid closed Oct til January 15th
Campground Wonderfully shaded gravel sites with electric and water. Large pens with water for horses

Directions 7 miles east of Hugo Oklahoma just off Hwy 70 go north at the Kiamichi Park sign. Take first blacktop road to the left and follow thru to Raccoon Road (horse camp) This is located 30 miles north of Paris Texas.

 Easy
(Gently sloping or level terrain; trails are groomed or wide open; shallow or no creek crossings. ) 
 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
