Trail Description Hassayampa River bed, wide trail, 50+ miles of riding between Wickenburg and Gila River, muddy if river runs, otherwise sandy and dry, sometimes ATV's but they are usually respectful; one highway to cross; one freeway, one highway, and one RR tressle to go under. Some trails along the side. Water in river bed near Gila River end. Lots of trees, wildlife.

Campground Have 2 pull thru spaces and one back in space, water, electric, sewer, round pen, arena next door, cattle, trail course set up, secure horse pens with shade, lots of trees, pool, tent spots available, horse trailer parking, quiet, clean, dogs on leash OK.

(Gently sloping or level terrain; trails are groomed or wide open; shallow or no creek crossings. ) 
 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
