Trail Description Range of different trails from easy for beginners to difficult full day trails for expert. Most trails have open space and good ground for fast work. All trails include some kind of hill work ranging from slight incline to over 45 degree slopes, depending on the trail. There are forest trails, open field, vineyards, olive groves and some roadwork along quiet country roads and tracks. Trails from 1 hour to full day. Bring your own horse or ride one of ours. Horses range from Sport horses to irish cobs, something for everybody! Lunch included on our guided full day trails.

Campground Campground in nature reserve OR apartments available on the farm or in the village. Farm has pool, fishing lake, shooting (with license in hunting season), cookery lessons, kids lessons, play park, bbq area, tennis courts, soccer, volleyball, bowls. Minimarket, bar 6 restaurant in village.

Directions From montaione follow signs for San Vivaldo, from S.Vivaldo follow signs for Iano. Pass the village of Iano and about 500m after you find the farmhouse 'Belmonte', a further 500m you find the stables. Book in advance is essential.

 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
