Trail Description Trails range from rigorous to challenging. With one very deep crossing over rocks and through fast moving water. This can be avoided! Or you can ride the logging roads through the Federal Campground.

Times to Avoid
Campground Borders National Forest. Water & Electric Hook up or primative. Has a bath house. Some sites are on WarWoman Creek (more expensive,but worth it). They have picket lines at every site (no charge) and stalls ($/night). Nice people!

Directions From Atlanta; take 85N to 985N to 23N to Clayton, Georgia. Turn Right on WarWoman Road. Turn Right on Joe Speed Road and the camp is on the left. WarWoman Horse Camp 706-212-0360.

 Easy
(Gently sloping or level terrain; trails are groomed or wide open; shallow or no creek crossings. ) 
 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
