Trail Description |
Traveling from TX to Co. planned our stay for a week. Somewhat disappointing. The campground was very nice, host and everyone was very accommodating. But we travel there to ride mountains. This ranch is all valley not alot of marked trails but you should not get lost. Lots of cow trails & roads. Plus, lots of weekend traffic with the ATV campground next door. The ranch has maps and they're OK. But not enough trail for a week and not challenging enough for hard core riders. The most challenging thing was the drive there. But if you want to leave the horses for the day, there are many other sights to see! This is a place I would go once, unless I live much closer.

Campground |
This place looks like an old west town, you may be in luck to see a special event while your there. Like a Wedding or an old west shoot-out. Weekends they have Chuck-Wagon dinners.
They have all types of camping W/electric & Water, and cabins. Campsite are good size for those Dam-TOO-big Trailers. Horse- Pens are nice and clean. Also, some primitive camping. |
