In the Summer/Fall of 2013 the Northern Saddle Club,the Florence County Forestry Department, club volunteers, along with a grant from the Wisconsin State Horse Council Trail Grant program will be leveling and expanding the parking/camping area and putting in a pit toilet. The trails are AWESOME and are the best marked trails I've ever seen.

We camped at this site with 5 rigs over the weekend. Recommend the long outer loop. Trails were nice and we'd come back to ride again. Would be nice if the campgound was more level. The campground terrain was very unlevel if you didn't get a choice spot early. Bring extra blocking for leveling. This site could be a pull through but the one entrance was too unlevel for your sewer systems on the trailer. 4 wheeler's come down to the lake to party which can be good or bad.
