They have a great horse campground you can walk through the trees into the regular campground for showers. They have good trails for beginner riders but the ride to the beach I would say is for at least a intermediate. The trail down to the beach in some parts is a complete drop off of around 50' to 100'. That part can be a little intimidating. My parents took me to this campground as a kid and my sister and I went back and visited it again a couple years ago. We will be returning when our kids are a little more advanced so they can enjoy the beach to! The weather was really nice but it is super foggy there. No matter what time of the year we have visited you can always count on the fog! |
