It's Primitive and best of all FREE.... FREE to ride... FREE to camp.. FREE!!!! You can't beat that. Trails are pretty shaded. Camp has big trees for picketing. No amenities. So if you THINK you MIGHT NEED it YOU WILL, so PACK IT! NO WATER at camp. SO BRING IT! Lot's of trails and quiet forest rds. YOU MIGHT encounter 1 vehicle if your lucky, and that will prob be the forest ranger. Tell your friends about this place. If you really want to ride you could pick up a forest service rode and ride to Paul M. Grist State Park on county rd 37. ENJOY!

I rated these with 3 stars because there is no water at camp. Camp is nice and clean and a decent size. You could probably get about 10 trailers in there.Plenty of trees to tie your horse up or picket them. Tents do well there too. Trails and roads are nice and clean. We stayed out all day and didnt even ride it all.
