Great place to ride. Trails are well maintained. Trails are sand, very few rocks. Spring fed lakes. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Not crowded.

Went here with 5 friends. The operators couldn't have been more accomodating. 3 nice hookups under the most gorgeous oak trees surrounding a lake with fish jumping and wild ducks playing. Primitive camping spots galore. Nice picnic tables and chairs. Great firepits and a large grill. Ride on sandy trails, no shoes needed. Numerous lakes and creeks. Plenty of shaded areas to ride or choose the open hay fields and pastures. I would not call the trails challenging but there was a varity. One trail had several water crossings that were dry when we were there. Saw several deer and signs of lots of wildlife. We will definitely be going back. You would never in a million years guess you were within a few miles of Bryan, TX. Beautiful, beautiful place. Highly recommended.
