Owners are great,facilities are very nice, great stalls, trails are marked well, good day ride place, we did every trail we think that was able. & our phone said 13 miles. Few hills that would be bit much for beginner or kids. The trails on camp side are very very easy great for newbies & lil kiddos. Shoes I wouldn't say are really needed but wouldn't hurt in spots. Nice creek to play around in. Coggins a must.

We spent weekend at Von Holten Ranch. The trails are very nice, we saw deer and turkey. The camp and stalls are the cleanest we have ever seen. The host/owners are wonderful and welcoming. Our only issue was there needs to be more trails, hopefully they can work out an arrangement with the neighbors. Definitely worth the trip for camping and riding.

This is a great place to visit!! Nice people, GREAT facilities, and nice trails. These people are building a nice place not only to ride but to go for training, obstacles, and compatition. They have activities going on at least once a month. A place you must try out.
