We have a six horse and have been many times. Yep the entrance is tight but the trails are worth the squeeze. Not a flat easy ride. Great workout for horse & rider.

If you have a large rig, the turn to get into this camp is tight, unless they have now cut some trees down on each side. The deer flies were horrible (in July). Primitive but room for groups. Trails marked and maps available. Haven't gone back.

Wonderful trails will give you and your horse a workout. Beautiful scenery, especially on the Missouri River side of the park. Shady in summer, with beautiful foliage in fall. Well maintained, and an all around pleasant park.
