Excellent trail riding...feels like you are miles away from civilization. When we went the lake level was high- so we had limited riding area. It gets dark quickly and we were out on the trail... a little spooky being in the woods in the dark, however- we made it back just fine. Those trails are a lot longer then you think. Didn't have any run in with other riders, It would definitely make me angry one of those young riders came speeding around the corner...however, I was just me and cissy.

Good for inexperienced riders. While there are a few up and downs, for the most part it is level and an easy ride. We have taken our horses in swimming (great fun) in the past, but when the lake gets too high you have to be careful of dropoffs. Have had nothing but good experiences here with other riders. Great parking for trailers, round pens and the "wonderful" porta-potty before you head out on the trail. Trails are also nicely marked. Would be almost impossible to get lost.
