I have ridden Los burros over 20 times, I find it to be an extremely groomed camp ground and the trails are equally groomed and though in some areas there are rocks to navigate, I find both the short and the long trails are one of the best in the state. Fall colors are to die for. Lots of wild life to look at as well. For the longer trail I would reccomend your horse be in good shape.

A forest burn cut our ride a bit short. It would be hard put to loose the trail. The weather was great, we saw a flock of wild turkeys. I think the fall colors would be great on this trail.. as there are lots of aspen and oak.

Great Trail for views, Elk and challenge. Nice easy cardio ride for advanced, challenging for novices. Some narrow twisting ascents/descents, 50 to 150 feet. Pine forrest with streams and springs. Lots of wildlife.
