Riding here in Egypt with Maryanne is an experience of a lifetime, amazing. from riding sedately through the villages where you can see the incredible life of real egypt, to galloping accross desert sands viewing stunning pyramids.....one day I must return!!

Riding with Maryanne through the local villages and out into the desert, alongside fields irrigated as they have been for thousands of years and in the shadows of pyramids, was easily the highlight of my trip to Egypt. Her horses are well cared for Arabians of excellent temperment who are well accustomed to sights and sounds that would completely unhinge most horses. Her cultural insights are an added bonus. Thank you again Maryanne! I will make it back over (hopefully next winter) with my husband. I look forward to another moonlight gallop through the sand!

The great sane, fit horses makes Al Sorat the only place to ride in Egypt. Maryanne offers wonderful incite into the day to day life in Egypt. Her staff are helpful, saddles comfortable and she has the greatest blue bridles for her horses.

This is the only way to ride in Egypt. Maryanne takes you to places that no other person will. She speaks both arabic and english and is well known in the area which contributes to her abiltiy to get into unusual places. It is a wonderful way to get the true essence of Egypt. Her horses are very well kept, treated with dignity and they are very familiar with all sights and sounds = Pretty spooke proof.Take a leisurely ride in the countryside to see things through the eyes of the locals and not some instutional tour company or ride the desert and explore the uniqueness of the Sahara and its hidden secrets.
