Bobby was great, gave us directions in that saved us 40 miles of driving. Met us to lead us into the place. Came checked on us several times, showed us different trails, not just in the State Park. Great place. We will be back.

Campground is very nice grassy field with trees for shade, electrical hook ups and water. Horses were picket lined close to our camp. Creek very close. Family oriented and not hardly any traffic. Short distance on hard top dead end road to access the South Mountains State Park plus there are 25,000 acres behind the campground to ride on as well. Bobby was very nice and willing to help or get us anything we needed.

Bobby's Place is a very clean and spacious campground with water, electrical, and a dump station. Bobby and his Wife (the owners) are very friendly and accommodating and make for a very pleasant stay. The trails are very nice with easy access from the campground. If you are gonna camp and ride South Mountain...stay at Bobby's.

The campground was very nice, quiet, with a creek running along side the campground. Lots of room at the sites with plenty of trees for high lining or room for portable corral to be set up. Very short ride at the end of a dead end road to access state park trails. Lots of trails behind campground but they are not marked and it's best to ride with someone who knows these trails.

Campground is spacious, has approx 15 electrical hookups and 3 shared water spigots. Plenty of room for larger rigs. Bobby and his wife (the owners) were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring we found them without trouble. Would highly recommend this campground. The trails were expansive, but lots of elevation change. A little rocky; however, our barefoot horses did fine. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Several creek crossings that were fun. Great trip!!

Great stay! Private campground. Very short ride along the road to the park but very easy to get to with additional riding beside the campground. Easy parking and like the horses right there next to camp. Will return!
