This is not a rigorous trail! It is pretty easy but has a few small challenges here and there (small water crossings, a couple hills etc). Certainly suitable for beginners. It has a nice camping area near the river which is nice. And they pretty much let you do whatever you want with your horses overnight i.e. corral, high-line or whatever. We went on a Friday evening and they had firewood all cut up and for free on a first come first serve basis. Camping sites are that way too, and camping is primitive. It is certainly a park worth visitig at least once, but you might like going again. |
