There are 2 additional trails from Camp Wilkerson. There is a 5 mile loop, following the orange horseshoe signs, leaving near camp sites 2 & 3, thru the State Forest. There is also a 6.4 mile loop, Fish Pond Loop, following the white horseshoe signs.

I must say the campground I had to rate low due to double boking of sites, not only was my site double booked but our friends site was double booked also. The office MUST do better with booking or you might end up with people not coming back. Other than this problem ALL WAS great.

The park is beautiful. 4 corrals and water for each. Quite and beautiful setting among the tall trees. The lodge is stunning and free hot showers are available near the lodge. The Park liahona trails is nice ride. See the Kiosk in the day use area for trails and routes outside the park.

Camp Wilkerson has great facilities and a great place to ride. The trails within the park have water crossings, a bridge and are rated from easy to moderate. The park is surrounded by State Forest with unlimited opportunities for riding.
