The trails tend to be muddy even in the middle of drought! Trials are not difficult except for the mud! Not much to see. Campground is nice however. Can't ride horse to the restaurant, have to tie him up in the woods where you can't see him from the restaurant.

Good for a couple nights but don't expect much from the trails, basically a loop around the lake with a couple nice views. Very nice campground if you can get a spot around the outside next to the woods. What I like most is I can squirrel hunt just beyond camp or fish and rent a boat. Watch out for opening day of dove season, Sept. 15, not a place to go with horses! Good place to visit if you are local.

The trails are very easy and very flat; there are no hills or rolling ground. There are several water hydrants at the horse campground and all sites have electricity. At the people campground down the road there are shower houses available to use. The longest trail is around the lake which takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
