Within 2 hrs of home. Ride there 3-4 times a year. Nice camp pads with elec and water but have to reserve in advance. 119 stalls with matted floors. Rolling meadows and woods riding. My horses go barefoot there. Some stones & rocks but nothing terrible. Alot of horse shows there so can be crowded at times. Can travel to Lancaster within 45 min and leave horses in secured stalls.

Great place to ride. I come back ever year. Great stalls. Nice trails offering something for everyone. Western or English. Limited electric camp sites available. Can get VERY busy with all the shows and events going on here but I've always had a great time. Super friendly park rangers that have gone above and beyond. Highly recommend to everyone!!!

Fair Hill is only 2 hours from us so we ride here often. You cannot just camp here without a reservation that needs to be made a year in advance. We come and do day rides and you can see a good portion of the park in about 6 hours on a nice moving gaited horse. The trails are well marked, well maintained, and easy to ride. You'll ride in woods, through streams, over bridges (one covered bridge too) as well as big open fields and there are a few gravel roads. This is one of the best placed to take your horse and truly enjoy your day. With 5000 acres to ride, you can see wildlife, and experience nature in peace and quiet. The views are gorgeous and I like that there is plenty of water for my horse along the trail. If you aren't too far away, this is a must ride destination. The trails are definitely 5 star.

I ride here all the time. Trails are great. You can ride easy or moderately difficult. You would need at least front shoes, some areas are rocky. The camping area is nice. Has water and electric hook ups and a bathhouse. Stalls are also available.
