Had a wonderful day riding with husband and 3 new friends we met on the trail! What fun we had! Weather was great, rode for 7 hours!!!, and loved every minute of it. Terrain is easy on mostly wide, sandy trails, BUT scenery/deer/cedar water is worth it. Quite a few watering spots to water horses who are thirsty from carrying heavy loads around all day!!! Ride from Atsion by way of Quaker Bridge Rd. to Carranza Memorial, OR from Atsion to Batsto, OR from Batso to Atsion...any way, it's fun, good exercise for the horses, and a day away from work!!! Try it anytime you're in NJ....the Garden State...where the HORSE is the state animal!!
