Love the private camp and the panel pens for the horses. Owner was friendly and helpful. Tippy is just a short ride from camp.

I have stayed at Shellys several times and referred friends there. Was there this season in April and no covers over stalls, pit toilets full, shower not filled. Then I made a reservation for memorial day weekend and had to pay full $75.00 up front. Told she would not cash check for deposit til that weekend. She cashed it first week of May. Thats ok. Had to cancel on May 17 due to emergency surgery. I have been trying to get Shelly to return my call. I lost all $75.00 even though I canceled in plenty of time and she rented the site to someone else. I could see losing one night possibly but all of it. The disappointment is that she won't even answer my calls. Poor business. Now staying at State park and letting all my friends know what she is doing.

Called to get a reservation and was given the run around about having a site available. It's either there is one available or no there isn't. Will never call to camp there again. I've never heard of a business not wanting business!

I can't say enough about our experience! It was great! We can't wait until we can go back again. To those who are going be sure to see the "Appy Mule" while you are there! (wink)

Shelley was a great hostess. Her daughter made our grandsons trip a fun time.The campsite were wonderful. Very nice stalls.We will be back. The Stearns

Nice family type enviroment. Be by your self, or join in with your neighbors. Everyone is friendly. Easy ride to TRSP.
