Campground is very primitive as can be expected for this location. Stay away during holidays, it can be very crowded. Water availability will vary depending on season. Always have a plan "B" to water tour stock. Trails are in good condition and plenty of miles to ride. Camping in the San Pedro parks is a must. Native brown trout can be found in summertime streams. Excellent eating. Elk, deer, lion, bear, turkey and sometimes a wolf. Our trip was at the end of July and we woke up both mornings to frost.
