First time at this location. Trails varied and lovely: roads, single-file, water crossings, etc., just grand. ManeStay- we rented cabin with two beds, kitchen, table, living area, nice, clean bathroom. Rustic, quiet and cozy. Will surely go back !!!

trails were sandy and mostly flat. Some hills and water crossing but pretty uneventful. Campground only had two water hydrants and you had to drag water hoses all over the place. Only one shower and toilet and electric service was so poor you could run your camper lights and that was about it. But, the stalls and corrals were nice and safe.

Jerry is a great host. He makes you feel comfortable. This is a family place so if you want load parties go to the Assembly area. Your campsite is safe while on the trail. He has security cameras upon entering so no one can just sneek in. You have water close by and electric at your site or close enough to run your line. Campsites have a fire pit so you can have a campfire right at your site. They have a bathroom and a shower which are clean. You can buy Hay from Jerry if need but ask in advance because of hay in the area might not be avaible and he doesn't have enough. Horses have a choice of decent sized paddocks or open air covered 10 x 10 stalls. Stalls are set up so the horse cant monkey with the horse next to him/her. Paddocks are differant sized. You can get one that fits 2 to 3 horse comfortably or other paddocks can fit 4 to 5. Trails are easy to get to by the back of the camp site or cross the road to get to the Assembly area. This is my favorite place to go in all of N.Y.S. we typically go here about 3 to 4 times a year. We always stay at the Mane Stay. We don't like the Asembly area because of the standing stalls.
