A very nice day ride area. Takes about 2-2.5 hours to complete. There are many river crossings so if your horse is not good at crossing water, you will have a very short ride. There is no way around the crossings. in early spring when the snow melts, the river gets deep and you can't see the bottom, I would avoid riding here then. There are some smaller muddy areas. Not really that bad though. Very pretty ridding. There is one area where you will have to cross under an over pass. Some horses get spookey when cars are going over there head. Not a busy road so if you wait, you should be able to go underneath. Overall a nice area to ride. |
