The HorseTrailDirectory.com website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Trail Directory Services, Inc (TDS). It's purpose is to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and opinions among trail riders about places to ride and camp with your horses. A user may request deletion of any information they have provided by sending an email to webmaster using the exact same email address associated with the users login name. This is a family oriented site and it is expected that all postings to the Site will be appropriate for all ages. We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to remove any material, which in our sole opinion may be offensive, inappropriate, or not relevant to this Site.
Privacy
Personal information provided by users will not be used for solicitations, mass email, direct marketing, or other marketing activities. Further, this information will not be sold or given to anyone for any reason except as required by law. Usernames will be displayed on submitted trails and reviews. If emails are provided, other visitors may click on Username which may generate an email to named user. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TDS may communicate with parties responsible for locations posted on the website in any manner it deems appropriate.

This information has not beeBeginning in 2017, for purposes of publishing the Five-Star Rankings, TDS will count only one Five-Star rating per email address per year.
Agreement have personal knowledge of trails, camps, and other related sites found herein prior to taking any action.
Permission is hereby granted for visitors to this website to print copies of selected trails and other information contained herein for personal use. Non-profit riding clubs and discussion groups may copy and post on their website selected pages from this website provided that notice of such posting is emailed to webmaster. Notwithstanding the foregoing, HorseTrailDirectory.com reserves the right to withdraw this right to post at any time for any reason. All commercial use of any information obtained herein, including but not limited to trail descriptions, directions to trail locations, and user names and emails is expressly prohibited without prior written permission.

The information found in this website is not warranted and this website and its owner have no liability for its use. You, the user, assumes all risk in the use of the information.
Further, the website is designed to allow comments and ratings (reviews) related to trail and campground listings. These reviews are not monitored and anyone can post any comment they wish as long it is relevant to an actual stay (or other related activity such as attempt to contact campground for purpose of making reservation, etc.) at a campground and/or ride on the named trail. The owner of this website disclaims any and all liability for any information, opinions, or comments posted on these reviews. A user may cause deletion of any of their own posts by emailing webmaster with their username, email address, and reference to their post they would like deleted.
