Trail Description Wilderness trails are rugged and cover terrain from slick rock creek bottoms to flat topped forested mountain mesas and grasslands. Dense shrub fields on steep slopes and skeleton rock ridges are common and riparian vegetation can be dense and greater than 12 feet high. This is remote wilderness at it's very best.
