Trail Description |
Relatively easy trails in washes and on established NPS trails that can be quite rocky (shoes or boots recommended for your horse). Some hills, ancient Hohokam petroglyphs, and more giant saguaros than anywhere in the world! You are literally IN desert with wildlife and cactus everywhere, and beautiful mountains right behind home. |

Campground |
Not really a campground, but lots of room for trailers to park out back with water, a 60' round pen that can be used for corral, one 24' x 24' covered pen, and portable panels that can make a 10' x 10'corral. Also have a travel trailer for rent for overnighters. Adjacent to Saguaro National Park West; 15 minutes from I-10 and Ina Rd. in NW Tucson. Great for small group getaways. Stalls $10/horse/night; camping in your trailer: $15/rig. Owner available with prior arrangements to guide trail rides into park with additional horses if needed. Meals are also an option. |
