Trail Description: The ranch has numerous roads and trails. The trails vary from easy to challenging. The creeks are wet season creeks primarily. There are various elevation changes that offer great views. Heavily tree covered areas, open fields, natural water tanks and abundant wildlife are all features of trail rides on this 1000 acre +/- ranch.
Contemporary Pool House, Gourmet Fully Equipped Kitchen, Three VERY large turnouts, Barn has Eight Stalls, Big Ass fans and lighting, Tack Room with AC & Heating & bathroom, Wash Area, Feed Room. Two Hook Ups for Living Quarters Trailers, Gas Grill, Open Fire Pit, Propane Fire Pit, Two Smokers, Gun Range, Seasonal Organic Garden. Mother Clucker's Coop for Fresh Eggs. Picnic Stations are set up on ranch and with prior arrangements full meals, picnics & chilled beverages can be dropped off. Overnight stays are available by reservation only.
