Trail Description: Beautiful rocky trails through hardwood forest. Lots of water on the trails for horses--lots of creek crossings. Some long steep climbs with cliffs and interesting rock formations. Historic area, used during WWI and WWII for military training. Can also ride miles and miles of forestry roads. Not open to horses during hunting seasons.
Primitive. Tie horses to trailer or hi-tie. Some outhouse style toilets available. No people water or electric. Water available for horses at the low-water bridge crossing.
