We are within a hour and a half from the Black Hills and 30 minutes from Badlands National Park.
Cow Creek Ranch is 22 miles from I90 and 17 miles from a mail box but we feel like that is great thing and not a bad thing .
Primitive campsites under the cottonwood trees along the Cheyenne River less than a quarter mile from the old town of Smithville, one of the first three towns in Dakota Territory.
