Trail Description: Miles and miles of old logging trails. Large open meadows, Aspen groves, streams, and mixed conifer forests. Some areas are rocky but can be easily avoided if your horse isn't used to rocky terrain. Elk, Deer, Canadian Lynx, Bald and Golden Eagles, Ebert Squirrels, are some of the wildlife that can be seen while out on the trail. Local cabins with safe corrals for your horses are available.
Primitive Camp sites are available in the Carson or fully equipped cabin rentals are available with safe corrals for your horses at:
