| Trail Description |
Private 300 acre ranch in Sierra Foothills with 4 stalls and a 3 bd 2 ba home to rent. Lake Camanche Trails are 30 minutes away; Plasse's Resort is 1 hr away for high Sierra Trails. Local wineries, restaurants, antique shopping and mine tours are all within 20 miles of ranch. Trails wind up and around ranch with scenic views of foothills. During rainy weather access to some trails are muddy due to runoff. |

| Directions |
(Please call for reservations) Rt. 49 to Plymouth, CA - go right on Fiddletown Rd. for 6 miles through Fiddletown. At the end of town, go Right onto American Flat Rd. Go to "Y" in road and bear left for 1/2 miles. Go Left at Spirit Valley Ranch sign. Drive in about 1/4 mile and driveway on left leads to house. |
