Trail Description: 20+ miles of trails wind through the hills and ravines surrounding Dows Lake near Athens Ohio. The trails are maintained by the Athens County OHC chapter and provide beautiful vistas of the glacial ravines. The trails are very well marked. Each trail intersection has corresponding number on the map. There are cabins near the trailhead that can be rented with horse stalls - Lake Hill Cabins. The cabin was very neat and had a very nice hot tub!
No overnight camping allowed.
