Very family friendly campground. Sites have pens for 2 horses or can rent more pens close to horse campground area. Can also rent stalls in the barn. Level sites with water and electric, also have cabins available to rent. Small store on site with camping odd and ends along with milk, eggs, ice cream, etc. Nice clean shower house and restrooms. Laundry facilities available. Dump station on site. Close to the town of Grand Lake with many dining options and shopping. Campground is surrounded on 3 sides by Rocky Mountain National Park and the fourth side by the Araphoe National Forest. Campground has trails right out of camp into both forests. |
