Trail Description |
Easy to More Difficult trails, well marked on Corp of Engineer land around Hillsdale Lake. The Blue trail (North Loop) is mostly wooded with some water and road crossings. Campground |
The campground has campsites and open safari type camping in the big field. There are poles provided for tying your picked lines or you can set up portable pens. Maps are provided and there is a camp host (May through October) that can help with horse needs such as feed or vet care. The facilities include a pciinic shelter, water hydrants and vault toilets. |

Directions |
From I-35 take exit 187 (68 Hwy), follow this road for approximate 16 miles to Osawatomie Rd, left onto Osawatomie Rd and follow this road over the Dam, the first left after you pass the state park office and the Corp Of Engineers office is Harmony Rd, take a left onto Harmony Rd then take the first left, gravel road, to Saddle Ridge Campground.
From 169 take the 255th St/Hillsdale exit. Follow 255th street through Hillsdale (stop sign) then approximately 2 miles to Harmony Rd. Turn Right onto Harmony Rd., then take the first left, gravel road, to Saddle Ridge Campground.
