Campground |
The Pleasant Valley Campground on the Kootenai National Forest is located 30 miles southeast of Libby, MT and 60 miles northwest of Kalispell, MT on Highway 2. The campground offers two horse friendly campsites complete with large pull through parking, two 20’x40' corrals and two large feeders that stock can be tied to overnight. Campsites are free of charge and also include picnic tables, fire rings and a vault toilet. There is no potable water, but there is a short 300' trail to stock water at the Fisher River. The equine campsites were constructed through a joint project with the Cabinet Back Country Horsemen and the Kootenai National Forest. |
