Trail Description The trails offer a very diverse view of nature with different types of trees, ferns, animals, and views of Lake Martin.
Best Time to Visit All year round, no hunting in fall and lots of shade in summer.
Times to Avoid
Campground Over night horseback camping is available, offering 20 sites with water and electrical hook ups, or you can pay a day use fee and bring your horses for a day of horseback riding. Bathhouses are located throughout the campground with 2 laundry facilities on the park. One is located at the marina and the other at B-1 bathhouse.

 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
