Unique topography, located along Fall Line. Lower end of Piedmont, transition zone on coastal plains. Over one mile of Flint River frontage.From flat hardwood river bottoms to rolling to hilly pined areas. Over ten miles of great buggy roads. 80% shaded,and flowing streams make warm weather riding possible.Trails pass along historic aboriginal trails, historic 1800s wagon roads, moonshine stills, 9,000 year old Indian towns. |

Camping areas are primitive. Does not have appearance or feel of campground. Camping takes place in a variety of locations, some heavily wooded and others on edge on open pastures, spread over a 1300 acres of private land, previously a cattle farm. |
