Trail Description Lots of sandy trails going thru the dunes, also the beach to ride upon. Wonderful when all other trails are too muddy. No motorized vehicles are allowed on this beach. You must be careful to stay away from the designated snowy plover habitat from March to September. Fees: $3 a day for each vehicle. This might be going up in price. $12 overnight camping fee. Northwest Forest Pass and Oregon Pacific Coast Passport are excepted.

Campground the trails provide access to the beach, lakes and vistas for hikers and horse back riders. Baker Beach provides a rustic recreational experience for ocean viewing and horseback riding. If you enjoy hiking or riding horses on trails that take you through coastal vegetation and sand dunes, this is for you. The trails allow access to the beach and to Lilly Lake, providing opportunities to observe and photograph wildlife and picturesque landscapes. This is a unique recreational experience for everyone. There are 5 semi-primitive campsites available on a first-come, first-served basis. No corrals, and there is no water. Bring your own.

 Easy
(Gently sloping or level terrain; trails are groomed or wide open; shallow or no creek crossings. ) 
 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
