Trail Description Trails are located in Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area and range from easy to difficult, flat land, hills, river crossings,wooded, open land, we've got it all. All trails are well marked with easy to read signs, maps are available.

Campground Saddle Valley has lots of grass and shade for your comfort, we have 5 barns,with 43 stalls, several large paddocks, and a large corral, we have full hook-ups with 20/30 amp electrical connections, an R.V. dumpstation, heated bath house, covered pavilion, 4 pull-through sites. We have direct access to over 200 miles of trails in Big South Fork.

Directions Saddle Valley and Big South Fork are located in north central Tennessee on the Tennesee/Kentucky state line, in an area known as The Upper Cumberland Plateau. Take I-40 East from Nashville or I-40 West from Knoxville to Hwy 127 N at Crossville and follow the signs to Big South Fork, Saddle Valley is located just off Leatherwood Ford Rd (Hwy 297) on the left just before you get to the park.

(Gently sloping or level terrain; trails are groomed or wide open; shallow or no creek crossings. ) 
 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
