Trail Description Almost 90 miles of multi-use trails range from the very difficult in rugged terrain to trails with less than 3% grade. About 25 miles of the trails include cliffs and drop-offs, with steep climbs and descents that are recommended only for the experienced equestrian and mountain bike riders. There is also the Trailway, a 64.25 mile Rail-to-Trail conversion.

Campground equestrian developed (non-equestrian allowed; corrals, tables, grills; water for horses; parking at individual sites; combination of persons and horses not to exceed 8); and an overflow camping area. All campsites have pipe corrals for at least 2 horses.

(Gently sloping or level terrain; trails are groomed or wide open; shallow or no creek crossings. ) 
 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
