Trail Description Horsebackriding heaven in SW Colorado. Nearest town is Creede or Lake City off of highway 149 between mile markers 48 and 49 on forest road 513. Unlimited riding in wilderness or forest service right off of the 300 acre ranch. Abundant wildlife and great trout fishing. Trail maps available from the ranch host who will also ride with you (no charge). 100 acre pasture, roundpen, or fenced area around cabins allows you to put up your own portable system. Cabins or stay in your rv. Hot water showers, phone, fire rings, picnic tables, firewood provided. Cabin are $75 for 3 nights in a single (one double bed) or $125 for 7 nights. Double cabins (2 double beds) are $95 for 3 nights or $165 for 7 nights. Rv's are $10 a night with shower, phone and firewood provided. 800-238-6862 www.continentalranchatcreede.com.
