Trail Description Randolph State Park has 15 miles of equestrian/hiking trails. The campground has ample parking, some electric hookups, restrooms with showers, potable water and a dump station. State fees required. This park is located on the east side of Tuttle Creek Lake north of Manhattan, Kansas.
