Trail Description The Walls of Jericho has a 11-mile riding trail that starts from the southern parking area on HWY 79. Following the trail around will take riders down John Gifford Hollow into the valley of Hurricane Creek and along its banks until the confluence of Turkey Creek.back up.

Campground There are two primitive camping areas on the Walls of Jericho hiking trail. The first area is on the north end of the hiking parking lot and has room for six to eight tent sites. The second is located on Hurricane Creek next to Clark Cemetery and has room for eight tent sites. Both locations are free of charge and are available on a first-come, first- served basis. Fires are allowed but must be extinguished before leaving and all trash must be removed.

 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
