Trail Description Village Creek State Park offers 27 miles of beautiful trails that wind through some of the most scenic areas that Eastern Arkansas has to offer. The trails of packed soil traverse along high ridge tops, rolling forested hills and bottomland hardwoods.

Campground Village Creek State Park’s horse camp features 30 beautiful and spacious campsites, each with water and electric hookups, and a picnic table and grill. A modern bathhouse is located within the camping area and a dump station is located at the campground entrance. Three stable facilities feature 66 stalls with water, electric and ceiling fans. Wash bays and round pens are also in the camping area.

 More Difficult (Moderate hills over consistent surface; possibly some narrow trails and short steeper slopes) 
 Rigorous (Easy to More Difficult for rider but physically challenging for horse such as on a level surface through deep sand) 
 Challenging (Possible rocky, uneven surface, steep slopes, uncleared trails, faster flowing streams and other obstacles that lead to more difficult riding for rider and horse)
