Kristy and Clifton Collins have reopened a hidden treasure in Roseland, LA, (actually about 5 minutes West of Amite). Country Lane B&B by Star C Ranch has that rustic feel that you've been looking for.
500 acres with 25 miles of trails for hiking, biking and horse riding. We provide guided trail rides with our horses, or you may ride at will with your own horses. We provide 16 stalls and 8 paddocks for overnight equine stays. Bicycles welcome. Equine drawn carts or wagons

We have 25 miles or trails and 485 acres of beautiful woodland with ponds for everyone's enjoyment. We are a Christian facility that believes everyone should be able to enjoy what God has to offer in the great outdoors.

Directions: From Baton Rouge I-12 East to I-55 North. Travel I-55 to Exit 46, turning left or West on Hwy 16 toward Montpelier for 0.2miles. Take the second right onto Bennett road. Travel 2.0 miles and turn left onto Seibert road, (Cypress Sawmill). Turn right in approximately half-mile Simpson Lane.
